Information you provide

Homeowner Alliance, LLC collects the name, company, email, callback phone number, preferred callback time, plan interest, delivery area, specialties and message you submit to review company-access and advertising requests. Submission records include receipt time and contact-permission wording version.

Member accounts and payments

BidRankPro stores account credentials as password hashes, saved company capabilities and service areas, membership payment references, terms-acceptance time and private company pursuit notes. Sessions use an HttpOnly cookie. Stripe processes card details; we do not store card numbers. Company members can access their shared profile and pursuit list. Owners manage membership and team seats. Team work roles restrict financial data and assigned work. We retain recent-view history, saved searches and workspace activity to support member workflows; these are not public leaderboards.

Daily bid digests are optional. We store each account’s opt-in, selected company searches, delivery-attempt status and previously emailed notice identifiers to avoid repeat notices. Emails go only to the subscribed account address, after 9 AM Central while membership is active. Disable the digest in your workspace at any time. Provider acceptance does not confirm inbox arrival.

Use and access

Authorized Homeowner Alliance operators can access these requests. We use them to respond, assess suitability and manage onboarding or advertising discussions. Contact permission is limited to this request; it does not opt you into unrelated marketing.
